Would you like to live in a perfect climate?

On top of all of that, you have to pay the Heating and A/C serviceman to make sure that your Heating and A/C units keep running, and by living in a climate that requires you to own an Heating and A/C unit, you are binding yourself to a lifetime of constant investment in the Heating and A/C world.

Would you like to live in a perfect climate? I am not sure that I would. I am not against living in one of those climates, despite the fact that I am particular that there would be some kind of downfall that would make the whole experience not worth it. However, I can really understand the appeal and understand why there are people that would really rather live in one of these climates… Can you imagine never having to use a central cooling system ever again? Honestly, living a life separate from a central cooling system sounds like a dream come true in our opinion. I cannot imagine the satisfaction and the happiness that could come from not having to deal with an cooling system or a gas furnace ever again. Occasionally, owning Heating and A/C units can be aggravating, and you have to pay for your Heating and A/C units in so multiple ways. First of all, just to own an Heating and A/C unit, you have to spend a fortune. Then, after you own the Heating and A/C unit, you have to pay bi-weekly for the fuel that is required to use your Heating and A/C units. On top of all of that, you have to pay the Heating and A/C serviceman to make sure that your Heating and A/C units keep running, and by living in a climate that requires you to own an Heating and A/C unit, you are binding yourself to a lifetime of constant investment in the Heating and A/C world. However, by living in a place where you do not need an Heating and A/C unit, you would bypass all of that. However, I am particular that there would be a tradeoff. I am sure that the price of land there would be outrageous, and in typical cultures like that, you end up having heavy rainy seasons or something else. There is no perfect place.
