After waiting almost more than eight hours for our Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist to arrive, I was livid. I wasn’t sure if the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist even knew what to do when he arrived. It wasn’t until I called the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier to let them know he had arrived, that I found out he wasn’t the original specialist who was to do the task. I was absolutely uneasy when he arrived plus I yelled at him. I told him that he had better do a perfect maintenance inspection on our oil furnace, If he didn’t, I would hold him personally responsible plus he would have to pay for any oil furnace troubles that happened came up during the winter. He simply said yeah ma’am plus walked away. It took him almost an hour for him to finish plus he came upstairs plus explained what he had done to the oil furnace. He said he had cleaned the inside plus he put a new air filter into the oil furnace. He also installed a new igniter because the aged a single was sputtering. I thanked him plus I planned on paying him, although he told myself and others that it was no charge. He also told myself and others that if I had any questions I should call him plus he gave myself and others his personal company card. I sat on our sofa later that night wondering if there was more to his words of calling if I had questions. I picked up the telephone plus I asked him if I should call him at home or if I should call him at the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier?
