When our partner plus I were looking for a new home I had a few basic requirements.
I wanted a rather immense backyard with a lot of trees.
I wanted immense windows that would allow natural light to stream in throughout the afternoon. I wanted a few outdoor hanging spaces so we could enjoy the nature all around us. And, lastly I wanted some kind of spare room that I could turn into a painting studio. For several years I have been trying to beginning an at-home art business. When we found a lake house with a separate studio space I was overjoyed. The people I was with and I right away got the lake house plus I got down to work.., but until the Summer season rolled around. You see, the indoor air temperature in our studio felt very amazing in the Winter when we viewed the house. There was a small heating plan set up in the studio which allowed for accurate air temperature control in the small space. I appreciated the miniature heating component because it let myself and others suddenly change the indoor air temperature plus air quality on a whim. Doing so did not affect our Energy bill in any way. The complication all started as the outdoor air temperature started to increase. Suddenly, our painting studio was not very comfortable, so much as it was sweltering hot plus oppressively humid. Obviously, the miniature heating plan did not help. My paints were constantly drying up or developing weird colorations thanks to all the heat plus humidity. I knew that I needed a real air conditioner, because opening the windows was not cutting it. Eventually we found mini cut ductless heating plus cooling systems plus had 1 installed. My painting studio is finally functional plus I can breathe again.
