I will bang out this last article and then my cat and I are going to do a meditation session for an hour or so.
After we are finished with the session then we will go hit the yoga mat for 15 minutes and get limbered up for the rest of the day.
Today is an easy day, as this whole weekend was spent playing beach ball and playing music in the evenings. My shoulders and elbows are pretty sore and will need a break for a few days to recuperate. I should be good to go for my HVAC tech work at the heating supplier store later this week. Then next weekend we will do it all again and play in the sand and on the streets. I don’t work much at the local business, preferring to spend most of my time playing and doing the things that bring me joy. I know if you have kids and a big mortgage, then work is pretty much a priority and free time is very limited. I’ve been working part time for the cooling corp since 1999, when I left the HVAC equipment manufacturing company where I was an engineer. I didn’t like that when I got home from work at night I basically had no time and no energy to do anything but get dinner ready and go to bed. My weekends would be spent cleaning my HEPA filter and mowing my lawn, just like my HVAC rep neighbor did every day till he finally retired at the age of 70.
