It took me nearly two weeks to get the picture that my residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C wasn’t quite right; Perhaps it was the fact that I was a first time homeowner plus this home was brand new; I still can’t think that it worked out for me to have a new home as my first house! But periodically, you can indeed be in the right place at the right time! And that’s just what happened with this part of our planned community! The builder wasn’t able to transfer any of the last few lots during the height of the pandemic. And ended up having to supply special pricing plus financing that got my foot in the door, otherwise, I’d really still be inside the a/c of that home I wanted to get out of particularly bad, however so when the construction was finally finished up plus I was able to transfer in, I was sort of floating about the whole thing. And that’s why I just didn’t notice that my residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C floorplan had been flipped for another one. But it because much more clear to me as I started to pay attention to where the ductwork air vents were… Like there were two in a bathroom. That made no sense. And there were no air vents in the kitchen at all. Plus, the exhaust fan for the hood wasn’t hooked up typically! When I finally put it altogether, I sent an text to the builder. I have to say that I was particularly impressed with how abruptly he had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation out here to common the ductwork problem. Now, I’m just completely in love with the quality heating plus air in my home if that’s even possible.
