When I woke up this morning, I noticed a little asthma, and I also think pollen or dust may be to blame.
Even though I have to make sure I fix the problem quickly because I need to have strong lungs for singing, I will figure it out.
It’s Tuesday, there are lots of people on the beach right now, and I’d like to go there and go for a run soon. I do, however, need a little more time because I need to finish these articles before I can practice yoga. In addition to selling HVAC and A/C equipment, the local supplier close to me also sells air cleaners, so I want to check with them to see if they have any. My asthma should subside fairly quickly if I take care of the air in my apartment. I’m going to find out how much a whole-house air purifier costs and if I can afford it. I need to be sure I choose the one that best fits my apartment because there are so many unusual ones available. I have a furnace filter in addition to a HEPA filter in my air conditioner, even though I think having an additional layer of security would be beneficial in my situation. I believe I did some damage to my lungs when I contracted the stupid virus, which is why they have been a little sketchy ever since I got Covid a couple of years ago. All I can do at this point is make an effort to improve the indoor air quality in my apartment.
