I noticed a little asthma this morning when I woke up, and I think it has something to do with pollen or dust.
I will figure it out, but I need to have good lungs for singing so I need to make sure I fix the issue soon.
Today is Sunday and there are a lot of people out on the beach right now and I want to go out there and go for a run soon. I need some more time though because I have to finish these articles and then do my yoga session. The local business near me sells HVAC equipment and I want to go there to see if they have any air purifiers for sale. I think if I take care of the air in my flat then my asthma will go away pretty quickly. I will see how much a whole home air purification system costs and if it is something that I can afford. There are a lot of different ones on the market so I need to make sure I get the one that best suits my flat. I have a furnace filter and a HEPA filter in my a/c unit, but I think having another layer of protection would be good for my situation. My lungs have been a bit sketchy ever since getting Covid a couple of years ago, as I think I did some damage to them when I got the stupid virus. Anyway, all I can do now is try to get some good indoor air quality in my flat.
