Climate control in the flat is superb

Three years have passed since I first moved into this apartment on the Spanish coast, and I genuinely enjoy it here. I live in the city’s center on a peaceful street, and I can bike to the beach in about two minutes. I want to stay in this place for another five years or so before possibly relocating to a rooftop apartment closer to the beach. I don’t want to be too close, though, because if you’re on the main road that runs alongside the beach, it can get quite loud. Just a nice, brand-new apartment with central heating and air conditioning will do. It simply doesn’t work for someone like me who is a boiling sleeper when some of the apartments here have fans as their only means of air conditioning during the summer. A living room without an air conditioner was brutal when I tried to sleep there. Two fans were blowing hot air on me as I struggled to fall asleep, and by the way, this is how you cook a turkey in the oven. I was tossing and turning all night long. I chose a location with central heating in addition to air conditioning because I am not into forced air convection cooling using two fans in a hot room. This is why I currently live in a flat. Since my roommate and I get along so well together in addition to my friend, I hope she will continue to live here for many years to come and I won’t have to look for another similarly-minded roommate. She is a specialist in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and also works for a new company in the city.
