Recently, I had a really fancy Heating, Ventilation & A/C service call concerning my a/c unit. My condenser component just outside my household had been struck by a massive falling tree branch while in a storm, but the tree branch also took out the window that was nearby. It scared us all half to death to hear the horrible crashing sound that night while in that violent storm, however we were cheerful that everyone was okay plus no one was occupying that room at the time; Nonetheless, it was really extravagant to service that condenser component that had taken the hit. I ended up paying several hundred dollars to make things right! Little did I know that my Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier was genuinely running a promotion at the time. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman failed to mention the promotion. In fact, I didn’t even come to find out about the promotion until the next time I needed an Heating, Ventilation & A/C service call. This time it was routine service. It was one of the visits that I tied up twice a year, then when I asked what the Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman was owed after he was finished with the inspection plus the tweaking of my system, he said I owed him nothing at all, then apparently, because my service fee was in excess of $400 to fix the condenser component I had qualified for a free service call! What a pleasant surprise! Still, if I had my way then I will really would not have had to deal with my condenser component plus window being harmd by the storm. Nonetheless, I was grateful to spend money nothing on this latest service call.
