It took me nearly two weeks to get the picture that my residential Heating and A/C wasn’t quite right.
Perhaps it was the fact that I was a first time homeowner and this home was brand new… I still can’t feel that it worked out for me to have a current home as my first house… But sometimes, you can indeed be in the right locale at the right time… And that’s just what happened with this part of our planned community; The builder wasn’t able to transport any of the last few lots while in the height of the pandemic.
And ended up having to supply special pricing and financing that got my foot in the door! Otherwise, I’d entirely still be inside the a/c of that house I wanted to get out of actually bad, but so when the construction was finally finished up and I was able to transport in, I was sort of floating about the whole thing. And that’s why I just didn’t notice that my residential Heating and A/C floorplan had been flipped for another one. But it because much more clear to me as I started to pay attention to where the HVAC duct air vents were, then like there were two in a powder room. That made no sense. And there were no air vents in the dining room at all. Plus, the exhaust fan for the hood wasn’t hooked up correctly, but when I finally put it altogether, I sent an text to the builder. I have to say that I was actually impressed with how abruptly he had the Heating and A/C supplier out here to official the HVAC duct problem… Now, I’m just completely in love with the quality heating and air in my home if that’s even possible.
