If there is one thing I am passionate about, it is good, authentic food.
American, Mexican and Thai cuisine are a few of my favorites.
I’ve eaten around the world and I am always looking for something new to try. Some of the best food I have had recently has come from a food truck. Believe it or not, I would choose a food truck over a five star restaurant. Although I do like to sit down and be waited on, there is something about getting your meal from someone who knows exactly what they are good at, and brings that talent to a trailer with a stove on the back of a truck. While waiting for your food, you can’t help to wonder “what is it like in there?”. Of course, there are humans in these food trucks who are using hot appliances to bring their dreams to reality. It only makes sense that they are comfortable while doing so. These miniature kitchens are about the size of a bathroom, so it does not take much to cool the space. A window unit air conditioner will usually do the trick. Usually they will have a refrigerator on the truck, for perishable items. There is no food to prepare ahead of time, since everything is made to order. In order to run a successful business, it is important for the owner of the food truck to have a trustworthy HVAC technician on call during working hours. It would be awful if the air conditioner went out during a busy night!
