It’s Christmas eve and there’s nobody around to help us with our oil furnace today.
The two of us were sitting around the brunch table and noticed a draft in the bedroom.
The two of us didn’t believe if it was just the windows being drafty, or if the oil furnace had stopped working. The two of us were going to finish brunch and then go and check it out. There was a draft that the people I was with and I knew about from 1 of the greater windows, however it was only getting colder and colder! Usually purchased now, the oil furnace would have kicked in. I wasn’t sure if the people I was with and I were going to be able to stay in the house if the oil furnace was broken because it was expected to get really cold that night. There was even talk of snow in the morning! The two of us finally got hold of the HVAC dealer that the people I was with and I usually use and of course, they were closed for the holiday. That would mean 2 afternoons of no oil furnace in the house. The two of us went to the internet and tried to find someone who might be able to come out that night or the next. The two of us finally found an HVAC dealer that was opened and the people I was with and I were the only 1s who had called that afternoon. The HVAC worker was so nice and the people I was with and I even offered him some leftover Christmas brunch. The two of us will never forget that Christmas and the people I was with and I are ecstatic that the people I was with and I were able to get the HVAC system fixed on such a short notice.
