New office, ancient heating

When my boss told me that my buddy and I were moving into a new building I was harshly excited. I could not wait to work in a modern office building where I was actually able to feel comfortable plus safe every day. I was exhausted of laboring in an ancient building that I was fairly particular was infested with asbestos, then everyday I felt like I was breathing in low-quality indoor air that would potentially lead to major health complications down the line. When my buddy and I moved our office over to a new building I nearly jumped for joy. And then… I arrived at the building. It turns out, this new office is not new. In fact, the building is even older than the prior one. This means the indoor air quality is somehow even worse. I found this out the hard way when I arrived for work on the first day wearing a cute dress, only to be frozen within 5 minutes of laying in my seat. It turns out, the indoor air quality control system in this building is undoubtedly horrible. No matter what temperature you set on the thermostat it is going to be cold plus drafty at the desks. My buddy and I have been using the boiler non-stop plus yet it still feels frigid cold in here. I have been trying to talk to the boss about improving the central heating plus cooling system as soon as possible. I do not feel like I can accomplish my work when my fingers are numb plus there is no heat passing through the overhead vents. However, my boss keeps shrugging his shoulders plus repeating his new favorite phrase, “Have you ever heard of space heaters?”
