The older I get the more I care about things that I used to make fun of when I was younger. I remember being a teenager & laughing easily hard at my family being so obsessed with the topics of floor coverings & storage. I had no capability to care about the importance of amenities in a new home. I had never worried about setting up a comfortable residing space or trying to establish a residing situation that would meet all of my needs. This is why I surprise myself sometimes when I get excited about particular home features. For instance, when I saw that this home came with a sunroom I nearly jumped for joy. I thought that I would care about resting in the enclosed outdoor space & soaking up the natural ventilation gave by Mother Nature! However, I did not realize that I was going to need to purchase some component to be able to modify the indoor air temperature & care about my sunroom. It turns out, there are easily few afternoons when the sun room is naturally graced with a comfortable air temperature, then most of the time the indoor air is swelteringly Hot because of the sun pounding through the big windows. The other half of the year the sunroom is ice cold because of the brutal winter season season. This is why I am going to have to install some central heating, cooling, & air quality control component that can extend to the sunroom. The other opportunity is to purchase a mini split ductless heating & cooling system in order to provide both heat & cooling separate from modifying my central Heating, Ventilation & A/C. I have not made any giant air quality control decisions yet… But I am shocked to even be considering these Heating, Ventilation & A/C updates with a straight face.
