I swear, if it hadn’t been for the HVAC contractor, I’m honestly not sure that we would have completed our custom home.
And building a home for just us was something that my wife and I had always wanted to do.
In fact, the dream of having our own custom home was something that we used to talk about late Into the night when the kids were still at home. We’d sit under the HVAC ductwork in the kitchen with our tea just dreaming about the day we would have our own custom house. Well those dreams ended up finally becoming a reality once the kids were out of the house. The timing was perfect as we updated the residential HVAC equipment to put the house on the market. And we hit that market at its zenith for sure. It didn’t take a week before there were competing bids on our home. Honestly, I think the new HVAC equipment had a lot to do with adding so much value to our old house. Once we sold it, we came into a pile of money that opened up just about every option we could think of when it came to designing our new place. But designing a home inside the central air conditioning of an condo is much different than it actually happening. We were so frustrated with so many aspects of the build that we were becoming incredibly disheartened. Thanks to the HVAC contractor that we chose, we now have the best quality heating and air we could have imagined. This was the one part of the build that went perfectly and the result of having all this HVAC technology speaks for itself.
