I tried to get a big meal delivered to my supervisor’s building yesterday for dinnertime.
My boss & all of my coworkers put in their orders & I called the restaurant to make the request.
When the restaurant worker finally arrived with the big bags of food, there were countless errors with all the people’s orders. I wish they had been as easy as accidentally leaving a tomato on a sandwich or something akin to that nature. Sadly, it looked love they had mistook half of our order for half of a odd customer’s order. Thankfully, they responded well to the problem. The dining room made all of our food that was missing & comped us for the entire order. Both of us ended up eating free that afternoon, albeit an hour later than all of us had all expected. It’s important to find companies that have buyer repair relations as good as that if at all possible. Finding corporations who will make good on their commitments isn’t consistently easy. I had an electrician leave before finishing every piece of work that I was billed for. When I called to ask him to come back, he wasn’t cheerful & was sad that I said anything at all. At least in the digital age online reviews carry a little bit of karma for untrustworthy company owners. My heating & cooling corporation by contrast is a lot better. There was an instance where a single of their professionals came out to make a repair to the air handler. After a few afternoons, I was noticing the same problem again. Since the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company had to send out a professional a second time to repair the same problem, they obviously didn’t charge me for the second visit & simultaneously refunded me half of the money for the original visit.
