They were sending another Heating & A/C professional to my house

I was going to put the cats away, however he had packed up his tools and was sitting in the repair van

A short while before the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional arrived, the dispatcher phoned to inform me he was on the way. He requested that if I had pets, I needed to shelter them before the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional arrived. I had four cats and two German Shepherds. I understood sheltering the German Shepherds, but all the cats did was sleep all the time. When the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional arrived, I had the dogs in the spare bedroom. They weighed almost ninety pounds each, and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional was a petite young lad. The dogs weighed more than he did. I didn’t realize I needed to talk to him about the cats, but half an hour later I wished I had. He had a fear of cats, and two jumped on his shoulder when he was sitting by the furnace. The guy panicked and jumped, hitting his head on the air duct. He screamed so loudly that I wasn’t sure if he was dying or scared. I ran down the steps, and the cats were clinging to his shirt. They had their claws so narrow in the shirt they were drawing blood. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional’s shirt was bloody, and he was shaking. I extricated the cats, but it was too late. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional was so scared and had to go upstairs. I was going to put the cats away, however he had packed up his tools and was sitting in the repair van. Two minutes later, I got a phone call. They were sending another Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional to my home the next day, but unless all pets were crated, he would not come into the house.
